Breastmilk Bank Update and Chrissy Thanks

December 17, 2009

We want to thank all of you who visited our many chrissy markets to either chat or buy gifts. We are now very low on stock and will have a busy, busy January replenishing with new socks, patterns and fabrics.

The most satisfying part of our success is that we have raised over $150 dollars to donate to the Mercy Breastmilk Bank, due to open in 2010. We will up that to $200 and I hope that many of you are able to make donations also. To find out how to donate, visit the Mercy Breastmilk Bank Website

Stay tuned for new stock and make your orders online by emailing Jen at

Also, drop into Mandrake and Willow in Yarraville or The Little Shop of… in Carnegie to get your Chuckles goodies and many more vintage or handcrafted chrissy goodies.

Family Fashion Show

December 10, 2009

At Nanny’s weekly pancake afternoon I thought I would slave labour my nieces, nephew and daughter and hold a fashion show with Grandma Chuckles’ clothing range. Ok, so I didn’t quite bring the correct sizes but they look pretty cute anyway so here they are…Grandma Chuckles Clothing as modelled by Chaira, Annika, Liam and Charlie Chuckles.

Come get your own fashion show stock at Market 3031 this Saturday, 10am-4pm, Bellair Street and Macaulay Rd, Kensington.
